Parking & Set Up

• We require the closest parking to set up.

• We require reserved parking! If this is a home we require parking out front along the curb. If you added a large animal we need enough room to park a trailer about 4 car lengths.

• If appropriate parking is not able to be achieved then we will leave and your deposit will be forfeited.

• We cannot bring a trailer if your street is a dead end (exceptions made for large cul de sacs). If you live on a dead end you'll need to either book the small or tiny zoo.

• We need a clear pathway for setting up and tearing down.

Petting Zoo

• For parks you'll be required to call the city and ask if they require a permit. If they do, you are required to pull and pay this permit. If we arrive and are unable to set up or have to leave because the correct permits were not pulled you'll still be responsible for paying the full balance.

• We do not allow feeding or picking up the animals - for the safety of everyone. They may accidentally nibble on fingers if being fed, or knock kids down trying to get food. It makes for a very calm and relaxed zoo if they aren't worried about food.

• They are happy to nibble on the grass. I don't allow picking up as most of the animals have sharp toenails which can scratch children and I don't want any animals getting dropped. I do bring brushes so the guests can brush the animals - they love this! Note: Goats & Rabbits may nibble/chew on clothing etc. - we will not be responsible for damage to clothing etc!!!***

• All guests must wear shoes in the zoo - preferably closed toe shoes.

• After you place your deposit the remaining balance is due by the day of. Corporate, Schools & Churches can pay with a check. All others we accept Cash, Zelle or Venmo. We must leave with payment the same day!

PONY RIDE RULES

• Ponies must have a lot of space to work. The crowd must be contained & cannot walk in the path of the pony rides.

• Pony Rides cannot work right next to jumpers or bouncy houses, but the jumpers can be near by.

• 6 & under for riders.

• Parents must fully lift their child onto the pony (no using the stirrups)
